Crystal explanation
All the outputs of the PERCEPTIONS project as well as a best practice collection curated by the PERCEPTIONS consortium have been integrated into a large database which features over 300 resources. The Crystal search engine allows users to find relevant material in the database by filtering results based on three layers: 1. Topics (threats), 2. Intervention purpose and 3. Resource type. The following categories can be selected:
1. Topics (Threat) layer:
- Irregular Migration Status
- Misinformation
- Violation of Human Rights
- Discrimination
- Security Risks
- Lack of integration
- Pressure on the asylum system and public services
- Extremist behaviours
- Violence and abuse
- Impact of Covid-19
2. Intervention purpose layer
- I want to inform myself
- I want to engage with communities and stakeholders
- I want to influence policy and legislation
3. Resource Layer
- Informative Materials
- Best Practices
- Campaigning Tools
- Policy recommendations
After selecting one of the categories in each layer, click on the “show results” button below the crystal which will direct you to the search results on the next page. Internal resources produced by the PERCEPTIONS project are marked with the PERCEPTIONS logo. External resources from the best practice collection do not include the logo. If you are not happy with the results provided, you can use the filter options on the left side bar to optimize your results.
